The project of a health & wellness hotel near the town of Vrbovsko in Gorski Kotar combines elements of local traditional construction (steep-slope rooftops, metal, and wood) with principles of contemporary architectural design, forming a (future) landmark of the whole region. The hotel is designed to have 57 rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, wellness area, sauna, hall and lecture rooms, along with a wide range of outdoor facilities (children’s playground, terrace, promenade, open stage, etc.).
